Suicide and Crisis Helpline Call | Text | Chat 988
There are moments in life when the weight feels unbearable- when the mind is loud, darkness feels overwhelming, and hope feels like it’s slipping through our fingers. In those moments, we don’t need empty words or shallow comfort. We need power. We need truth. We need God. This is why we pray.
Prayer changes things. It is not a quiet whisper into the air. Prayer is a weapon placed in the hands of every believer, every survivor, every intercessor, every warrior who refuses to let darkness have the final word. Prayer reaches places our strength cannot. It confronts the lies that try to bury us. It drags light into the corners where fear has been hiding. It reminds the enemy that we are not fighting alone.
Here in the Prayer Room, we PUSH (Pray Until Something Happens) because something always happens when God is invited into the battle. Chains loosen. Heaviness lifts. Thoughts shift. Peace enters. Strength rises. Even when circumstances don’t change overnight, we do.
This space is built for every person who has ever heard the enemy whisper, “You’re not enough.” For every heart that has ever thought, “I don’t see a way out.” For every soul that has ever felt, “I just want to give up.”
Here, we fight back.
With Scripture. With truth. With community. With prayers that speak directly to the battles of the mind. With war cries that answer every lie with the Word of God.
This is a place for the broken and the brave. For the ones who are healing and the ones who are still hurting. For the warriors who stand in the gap and the ones who need someone to stand for them. This is where we breathe again, believe again, and rise again- one prayer at a time.
Welcome to the Prayer Room. Welcome to PUSH. Welcome to the place where darkness is confronted, hope is restored, and God meets us right where we are.

“He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds.” - Psalms 147:3
“The LORD is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit.”
- Psalms 34:18
“For we are God’s handiwork, created in Christ Jesus to do good works, which God prepared in advance for us to do.” - Ephesians 2:10.
“But those who hope in the Lord will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary, they will walk and not be faint.” - Isaiah 40:31
“Peace I leave with you; my peace I give you. I do not give to you as the world gives. Do not let your hearts be troubled and do not be afraid.”
- John 14:27
“You will keep in perfect peace those whose minds are steadfast, because they trust in You.”
- Isaiah 26:3
Our Father, Friend, Comforter, Light in the Darkness,
God Almighty in heaven, and present in all areas of our lives.
Hallowed be Your name,
Supremely holy and worthy of all the praise, honor, and glory.
Your kingdom come.
Your will be done, on earth as it is in heaven.
We bind the spirit of anxiety, depression and suicide.
We plead the Blood of Jesus over our thoughts and into our emotions.
We surrender stress, worry and fear.
We rebuke every evil word spoken over our lives.
We pray divine peace, healing and strength.
Give us this day our daily bread.
And forgive us our sins,
We pray for grace, mercy, and wisdom
As we extend this same grace and forgive everyone who is indebted to us.
And do not lead us into temptation,
But deliver us from the evil one.
We call out to You, Jehovah-Rohi, for protection.
Guard our ear gates from voices that whisper despair, our eye gates from anything that distorts the truth of our value, and our hearts from the heaviness that tries to convince us we are alone.
We speak joy, healing, compassion, and love into our day, inviting God’s light to touch every shadow and restore every place that feels overwhelmed.
For Yours is the kingdom and the power and the glory forever. Amen.
Heavenly Father, thank You for being Jehovah Rapha, our healer. Touch every place in us that feels broken, wounded, or overlooked. Restore our joy, renew our strength, and remind us that healing is not only possible- it is promised. Help us to be intentional in creating space for You to work in us. In Jesus name, Amen.
Lord, thank You for drawing close to us when our hearts feel heavy. Wrap Your arms around every broken place and remind us that You are our comforter. Heal the silent hurts, the deep wounds, and the places we don’t speak about. Restore hope where it has faded and remind us that You make all things new. In Jesus name, Amen.
God, thank You for being our strength when we feel weary. Renew our energy, restore our focus, and remind us that we are never walking alone because You are right here with us. Strengthen our minds, bodies, and spirits so we can show up fully in the places You’ve called us to. Let Your power be evident in our lives. In Jesus name, Amen.
Lord, thank You for caring about our mental and emotional well-being. Calm anxious thoughts, silence internal chaos, and help us trust You with the things that overwhelm us. Renew our minds and give us clarity, peace, and stability. Cover our thoughts with Your truth and remind us that we are safe in You. In Jesus name, Amen.
Heavenly Father, thank You for the gift of peace. Let Your presence quiet every storm within us. Help us guard our peace, protect our spirit, and stay grounded in You. Fill our homes, minds, and hearts with Your calmness. Let Your peace be our anchor in every season. In Jesus name, Amen.
Heavenly Father, God, strengthen the hearts of those who feel like they’re slipping. Remind them that even when their confidence feels shattered, Your steady hand remains. Restore the courage to keep going, even when life feels unbearably heavy. Wrap Your peace around every mind wrestling with dark thoughts, and breathe new assurance into their spirit. In Jesus name, Amen.
Heavenly Father, Lord, remind every person who feels lost, broken, or unworthy that their identity is not defined by pain, mistakes, or the thoughts that try to consume them. Speak loudly to the parts of them that feel invisible. Restore the truth of who they are - loved, chosen, and intentionally created. In Jesus name, Amen.
Heavenly Father, God, sit with those who feel crushed under the weight of their pain. Let Your presence be a soft place to land when life feels unbearable. Bring comfort to the hurting, relief to the overwhelmed, and hope to the discouraged. Remind them that pain is not a punishment - it’s a place where You draw near. In Jesus name, Amen.
Heavenly Father, Lord, speak purpose into every soul that feels like their story is ending. Remind them that Your plans are still unfolding, even when life feels stagnant or hopeless. Reveal glimpses of the future You’ve prepared. Let purpose interrupt every thought that says they don’t belong here. In Jesus name, Amen.
Heavenly Father, God, teach us to love ourselves gently - especially those who feel unworthy, exhausted, or ashamed. Heal the parts of us that reject compassion. Restore the ability to see ourselves through Your eyes: valuable, lovable, and deserving of care. In Jesus name, Amen.
