Suicide and Crisis Helpline Call | Text | Chat 988
There is a battle happening in every mind, every day- a battle between the words that try to break us and the words that God has given us to build us. Scripture tells us that life and death are in the power of the tongue, and every one of us has felt the truth of that. We’ve lived through moments where a single thought tried to destroy us… and moments where a single word lifted us back to life. This is why we speak.
Our words are not random. They are seeds. They create atmosphere. They shape identity. They carry spiritual weight. When we speak truth, we invite God into our thoughts. When we speak life, we suffocate the lies. When we speak strength, we awaken the warrior within us. And when we speak hope, we push back the darkness that tries to convince us we will never rise again.
The Words of Strength page exists because too many people have been surviving on silence- letting fear narrate their story, letting shame define their worth, letting the enemy’s whispers go unchallenged. But here, we reclaim our voice. Here, we speak with intention. Here, we declare what God says about us until our hearts believe it and our minds align with it.
These affirmations are not cute phrases or positive thinking. They are warfare. They are healing. They are identity work. They are the sound of someone choosing life even when life feels heavy. They are the sound of someone refusing to let the enemy have the final word.
Every “I am” is a stand against every “I can’t.” Every “I will” is a strike against every “I’ll never.” Every “God says” is a victory over every lie that tried to bury you.
This page is for the ones rebuilding their confidence, the ones reclaiming their joy, the ones fighting for their mind, and the ones learning to speak to themselves with the same compassion God speaks over them. It’s for the community, the survivors, the warriors, the believers, and the ones still trying to believe again.
Welcome to Words of Strength- where we speak life, we speak truth, and we speak victory… until our words become our reality.

I won’t pretend I’m okay. I bring every wound, every scar, every silent ache to God. He sees it all, and He is not intimidated by my pain. Healing begins when I stop hiding.
Even in the places I don’t talk about, God is close. My tears are not wasted. My pain is not ignored. I am held by the One who understands me fully.
Nothing I face is bigger than God who strengthens me. I am prepared, empowered, and supported by God’s Kingdom.
I may feel tired, but God is breathing new strength into me. I rise today with power that comes from Him.
Every day is a new day. I am becoming clearer, calmer, and more grounded. My thoughts are being transformed. My mind is being renewed. I am healing intentionally.
I speak with peace, move with peace, and respond with peace. I am surrounded in divine peace that surpasses all understanding.
Some days hurt more than others, but God is working in places I cannot see. What felt shattered is being rebuilt. What felt lost is being restored. I am healing, intentionally.
I release what has been weighing me down. I welcome God’s wholeness into every part of my life. I am becoming who He always intended me to be.
I refuse to settle for brokenness. God promised healing, and I choose to walk in it. I am not stuck - I am evolving.
Slowly, gently, intentionally - God is restoring me. I am becoming whole again.
I silence every lie, every fear, every anxious thought. God’s peace steadies me.
My heart may feel fragile, but God is piecing it back together with care. What broke me will not define me.
I let go of what I cannot carry. I give God the pain, the disappointment, the memories that still sting. I choose Christ over chaos.
Brokenness is a chapter, not the whole book. God is writing something new, and I will not give up before the breakthrough.
God wastes nothing. Even the hardest moments are being transformed. My story is for God’s glory; I am a Warrior of Light.
I am not alone. God is holding me together even when I feel like falling apart. He is my rock; the Word is my anchor. In His hands, I find peace.
Today I choose courage over fear, faith over doubt, and strength over struggle.
God’s strength shows up where mine runs out. I am not failing - I am being fortified.
I walk boldly, speak confidently, and move intentionally. God’s strength is my foundation.
I don’t have to be strong on my own. God fills the gaps, lifts the weight, and carries what I cannot.
Life has tried to break me, but God has built me stronger. I am still standing, still believing, still fighting.
I reject negativity and embrace clarity. My mind is aligning with what God says about me.
Rest is holy. Rest is healing. Rest is necessary. I honor God by choosing presence over pressure.
God cares about my thoughts, my emotions, and my spirit. I am safe in Him.
I am not overwhelmed - I am being rebuilt. God is restoring my focus and grounding my thoughts.
Chaos is not my home. Peace is. I choose stability and emotional safety at all times.
I breathe deeply and welcome the calm God provides. Peace is settling over me.
I refuse to live in chaos. God has given me peace, and I choose to walk in it intentionally.
When God steps in, storms quiet down. My spirit is steady because He is with me.
Anything that drains me, distracts me, or disturbs me - I let it go. My peace is protected through my surrender.
From my home to my mind to my relationships - God’s peace is covering everything connected to me.
